"I am committed to using my position to serve the needs and interests of my neighbors and to create a better future for our community."

Overview
I am honored to serve our town and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of my constituents.
On this website, you will find information about my background, my vision for the future, and the key priorities that guide my work.
Priority Issues
There are many issues facing our community, but as your representative, I have identified several key priorities that I believe require immediate attention.
01
Economic Development
At the last special town meeting, there was a motion to spend over $30,000 dollars in legal fees so that the town could foreclose on several of our neighbor’s homes because they could not afford to pay their real estate taxes.
I strongly believe if we are taking people’s homes away, then we have a duty to encourage projects which will generate revenue for the town. I want to see more town revenue that is not based on real estate taxes.
02
Dedication & Responsibility
My dedication is without question; being elected to the board comes with many responsibilities. One of the responsibilities is proper research before board meetings.
I have gone before committees as an applicant only to see the deciding board members reading my application or other details for the first time during the session or hearing. I see this as a disservice, and it is something I will never do.
03
A Level Playing Field
Balancing the interests of the town with the rights of the individual citizens will always be my objective, even if the individual applicant is applying for something that Im personally in disagreement with.
If an applicant is within the bounds of the law or town by-laws, if what they are asking for is allowed, then my personal feelings about the applicant or their project have no place for objections or delays.
04
Fairness
It's more than an obligation to conduct special permits fairly; failure to do so could result in a civil lawsuit against the town. We do not need to have taxpayers incur unnecessary legal and settlement costs.
I had an official giving testimony before a board I was before; if we had a cash register or not. " I did not see a cash register; I did see a cash box with an LCD," he said. The board accepted this nonsense which forced us to file a civil action. I will not put our town in peril of civil ligation by taking nonsense testimony

Vision & Beliefs
I am guided by a set of core values and beliefs that inform my decisions and actions, such as:
- Equality, justice and compassion
- Accountability and responsibility
- Integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
- Innovation, progress and sustainability
